I think if we want to start and excally serious in IT business w gonna need IT infrastucture such hardware and software and internet cafe . I think we should be building IT infrastructure with hardware excally about implementation the hardware centralize in the capital town . I hoping that we could be making the IT infrastucture in other province beside Jakarta but it need time and I think for a good spech for internet games cafe is OS XP SP 2 , prosesor pentium III and memory RAM around 512 Mb and don,t forget ADSL modem and speedy connection for making it real but for another purpose and for writting , browsing and chatting all spech is Ok . That is all about the spech of internet games cafe .
