according to the place

I think that I would like to tell that every internet user should be back and should be playing according to the place such the internet user in Jakarta should be playing on jakarta and the other on their own place and I think that I decide to making this policy because that would be making the over capacity on internet games cafe or the other that would be making the low capacity and we gonna be stoping the contract and I think that is all for all the kindness of internet user and thank you and I hoping it could be usefull for many internet user .
