I think that we need the socialist obsever and that is always discussing about the social condition and might be the solution of it but I think still on the track and always obey the etic and had a good sense and ability in writing article but still know about what is the article that could launch or not .I think this is good thing and this socialist observer may give the good thing in many socialist country and in the other country as generally .
