I think that the internet had growing well and becuase of that we need many employee whether men or women and I think that we and including my self could be handle about this and I become the head officer around this but I think that I need the talent women , doing good work and understand administration and know about HRD and especially had good moral and good diligence and could be making the women employee with no force could know about the rule becuase this is an IT company that had specialization and product IT product .
