To Protect Internet User

I just want to giving some rule of law on internet . I think that every internet user should know about this . I think that we all giving and providing all the program to protect the internet user whether anti virus and other tools . I hoping that all internet user would obey the law and excally we had a regulation around IT industry and to all the internet user we hoping that you would b obey all regulation becuase for all the impact that caused by the ignored from the user we all not responsible with all of it .
